    This policy applies to all services provided by Maqnify Media, including: Press Release, Social Media Marketing, Content Creation, YouTube/Facebook Ads, Influencer Marketing, Meme Marketing, Website Development, Song Promotion, Digital Advertisement.
  2. Refund Eligibility
    Refunds will be considered under the following conditions:
    A project has not yet commenced, and cancellation is requested within 7 days of payment.
    The services provided are significantly different from what was agreed upon in the contract.
  3. Non-Refundable Services
    The following circumstances are not eligible for refunds:
    Work that has already been completed and delivered.
    Services delayed due to lack of response, feedback, or required materials from the client.
    Campaign results that do not meet subjective expectations, as results can vary based on multiple factors outside our control.
  4. Cancellation Policy
    Clients may cancel services by providing written notice via email to contact@maqnifymedia.com. Cancellation terms:
    For one-time services: Cancellation must be requested before work begins.
    For ongoing/retainer services: A 30-day notice is required for cancellation.
  5. Refund Process
    If a refund is approved:
    Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.
    Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.
